A carnival just steps from the sea, with magnificent floats and lively dances set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Amalfi Coast? Look no further than Maiori, where the 51st edition of the Grand Carnival will take place in 2025.

Recognised as one of Italy’s historic carnivals, the Grand Carnival of Maiori will reach its peak on Shrove Tuesday, 4th March 2025, with a spectacular parade that crowns a weekend full of exciting events. The allegorical floats will parade along the seafront on Sunday, 2nd March, as well as on Shrove Tuesday itself. A packed schedule of activities will keep both adults and children entertained throughout the festivities.
